2008 World Peace Meditation.
I want to encourage you to meditate for World Peace with other likeminded people for three important and urgent reasons:
1. to halt the entering of fears manifesting today in society.
2. to remember what it's like to be immersed in a loving group.
3. to be engaged in a greater purpose for humanity.
How to meditate in a group:
As if you were on a plane, put your oxygen mask on first to raise your energy higher.
Take three deep breaths slowly while inhaling healing thoughts for yourself, say aloud, I am well.
Relax and enjoy the peaceful feeling entering your mind and body.
Widen your power base by imagining a white light surrounding you and expanding outward to the world for the good of all.
Let all thoughts of time concerns drift away as your body begins to soar above and beyond the negative energies of people, places and things.
Pray for love to enter the hearts of humanity to achieve world peace.
Afterwards spread the love with others through words, hugs, and more prayers.
