Dear Ruth,
I worry so much about my bipolar grandson. He is often hospitalized for his malady and his parents don't know what to do with him any more. I get sick just thinking about him. I am not a healthy woman, and thinking about my grandson makes my blood pressure higher.
What can I do to feel better?
Grandmother
Dear Grandmother,
My hunch is the love for your grandson is allowing him to invade your aura/energy field. He doesn't know this, but whenever he is having a mental crisis, he knows you will do whatever you can to help him, so he thinks about you, possibly even sees you in his mind. You, in turn, take on his pain.
Trust that a higher power can take over. End your prayers with, "I let go and let God take over the care of my grandson now." These thoughts will go to your grandson and both of you will feel better.
